The Faculty of Medicine at Medical University of Bialystok is the university’s oldest and most prestigious faculty, established on 3rd February 1950 alongside the creation of the Doctors Academy in Bialystok. Over the years, the faculty has continuously expanded its academic offerings, including the establishment of the Division of Dentistry in 1969, the launch of the 6-Year English-Language MD Program in 2004, the introduction of the Dental Technology course in 2009–2010, and the Dental Hygiene program in 2020.

Today, the faculty is supported by a highly qualified academic team consisting of over 80 professors, nearly 90 associate professors and around 550 academic teachers, providing students with high-quality education, research opportunities, and clinical training.
